Payments made through our payment gateway for digital services (e.g., EduRise, LearnLens, Google Classroom, LMS access) are non-refundable once access is granted or services are availed.
We do not entertain cancellations or refunds for:
Student registrations
Access to LMS, or EduRise/LearnLens tools
Any downloadable or accessed learning material
Exception: Refunds may be granted only in the case of a verified technical failure (e.g., payment processed but access not granted).
Physical Products(When launched) returns are eligible only if:
